Emmy's Graduation Day

Emily has many friends of which will be with her for a long time.
Today was a very sad day we had to say Goodbye to our friends from Riverbend.
They have been coming to our home since day 1 giving her therapy, education, etc once a week for 3 and 1/2 years!!
They have watched many and many milestones. They cheered her way to success and was by her side for support during her struggles. I remember Cindy saying once.. she may not talk but she has those eyes that tell stories.

I know they will not be strangers. I believe they will be stalking her at school on frequent occasions.

Emily will be starting school the day after Labor day. The bus will come and pick her up at our door and go to school for couple hours. Our goal is to do 4 days a week - Mon, Tues, Thurs and Friday. The nurse will go with her and even in the morning ride her Big Sister will be able to go on the bus with her.

Emmy's Graduation ceremony. I bet Cindy sang the graduation song :)

Brown County Fair

Brianna and her 1st peddle pull

Brianna got to part take in her 1st peddle pull. She pulled a big 3 1/2 feet. Which as soon as she couldn't pull anymore she jumped off and ran over to me and started crying. She said "it is too hard I can't do it". Her cousin Jared took 1st place completing a full pull. He gets to head to Hutchinson for the State peddle pull. Jared came over to Brianna to console her "Brianna it is okay I am just stronger then you."

After the peddle she got to enjoy as many rides at the fair until it rained.
She had to wash her hands right away. All full of slabber.
She loved the slide. Did take a little bit to go up the ladder.

Baby Bump - 36 weeks

Didn't realize I got the picture of the girls in the background. My kids all in one photo. he he

We are at 36 weeks now. Many people say I have to be uncomfortable with all the heat.
Actually the heat doesn't bother me. We had an appointment yesterday and baby's heartbeat is 144.
Not dilated but 30% effaced. We are at weekly checks now so it will go really fast.
Seems like the more the end of the month gets closer the busier we get.

Yogi Bear Campground - Austin, MN

Went to Yogi Bear Campground down to Austin, MN. We had just an awesome time. Wish we could have spent  longer. We met up with college friends Eric and Jen Andrews and their two kids Alaina and Brayden. They had plenty to do - swimming pool, mini golf,  paddle boats, jumping pad, petting zoo, hayrides, fishing (nothing to catch though) little bikes which were a challenge to learn.

Emily did very well considering her history of camping trips. She loved every minute of it and slept!!

Summer T-Ball 2010

Brianna finished up T-ball on Thursday. It isn't her favorite thing to do but she doesn't hate it.
Since the beginning of the summer til now she has improved so much.
She does get very bored in the outfield and gets off in "la la" land.
