Christmas giggles

Megan is tickling Aaron and he is being really cute

Case IH Christmas

Every year Scott & I wear our Case IH shirts. Craig hates it. I believe it started because Scott gave me a Case IH shirt for christmas several years ago. Well here comes Aaron sportin the tradition. By the time Scottie got his picture takin Aaron had to get a whole outfit change.
Brianna got this shirt from her aunt Annie (and kind of like her aunt... Megan. Even though she is a cousin)

The Beranek family Christmas

With a full house of 14 adults and 10 grandchildren + one on the way Christmas was full swing at Grandpa & Grandma's house. A yearly tradition is to get a picture with the grandchildren.

Christmas prep for santa

As we get ready for the Christmas season there is just one thing you can't get enough of. COOKIES! Brianna got to help roll and frost cookies. At least you can't say there wasn't enough frosting or sparkles.
Lastly had to make sure we visit Santa. Noting but last minute. Tuesday before Christmas Santa was outside at the Glockenspiel. BRRRR it was cold out there. As we prepared ourselves to talk to Santa I asked Brianna "what are you going to say when Santa ask if you have been good this year" and of course Brianna told me yes she has. As we were talking I was explaining that you should tell the truth that sometimes you are naughty. Brianna was very sturn that if I don't tell him I was good then he isn't going to give me any presents. She enough when Santa asked Brianna if she was good all year.... Brianna said "almost".  Emily and Aaron were unable to talk to Santa. Aaron in spirits in his carseat all bundled up. And for what she wanted Santa to bring this year was a Barbie.

Cats & Kids

Aaron (3 1/2 months old) and OJ
Brianna (9months old) & Clyde)
Leave it up to me to take pictures like this! Craig loves our cats that are big. I find it unhealthy. Poor Clyde as he got ran over couple years ago. We got Clyde from Mankato. The flower shop there had clyde and he would sit in all the flower pots. He lived in St. George in my parents garage until I got my own home. It was Clyde and George.

Playing too hard!

Play so hard it put him to sleep!
Like his bib "Gotta Love me"

Could just eat him up

Too Cute!
I better be careful in the years to come. I have Santa paper in the background. EEK!

Decisions

Do I use my thumb or binky?

New sales woman

Craig is looking for part time help at Fastenal. I think he found his gal. I do believe Brianna is the perfect sales woman. She is very persistent, doesn't stop talking, lots of energy.

Snow Storm 2010

Yesterday was the 8th worse snow storm in history. The inflatable roof of the Minnesota Vikings’ stadium collapsed and canceled the game for today. The storm dumped nearly 2 feet of snow in some areas with 15-25mph gust of wind.
barely could see the tree which is only 10 feet from the house. There is a shed out front also.

We could tell they were practicing a lot because Brianna was singing the song all the time. They sang "Bundle Up" and a finale song with the mixture of songs. They did a great job.

Aaron 3 months old

Aaron turned 3 months old and look how fast is his growing. He is up to 16 pounds w/clothes on. He is giggling, and making some noises. It is sooo cute. His smile is just the sweetest. Aaron also just started daycare at the kid's X-cel center. We called him angry dragon but at daycare they don't believe me. He is the happiest boy there. He had his 1st cold/cough for the year which turned into an ear infection. Aaron's sleeping schedule is really all over since he has been sick.

Found a Babysitter

November 19,2010
We found a babysitter. I was going scrapbooking and Emily wasn't feeling the greatest. I was trying to find someone for Aaron but was unsuccessful. When I was gone Craig sent this picture via phone and said he found himself a babysitter. Brianna was very excited that she got to feed Aaron for the 1st time.

2 month check up

Aaron's 2 month checkup. Wow can't believe the time has gone bye so fast. Our little dragon is growing too fast.
He had his check up with Dr. Bunce and was such a smiley boy! The smiles couldn't get bigger until he was due to have shots. He cryed so hard his face turned purple (for a second). Angry Dragon.
He is 24 inches long which he is 86%
Weight 12# 14 oz brings him to 78%
Head is 15 3/4" - 51.8%
Weight for length he is in the 26.8%

Aaron was a show off for the doctor. She said he was doing things a 4 month old should do. As for holding his head. He is getting a sleeping pattern right now which is getting up once to twice a night. He loves to be talked to. He just gives those big smiles out. He is also starting to make noise.

HALLOWEEN 2010

Happy Halloween everyone! Special year for Aaron and Emily. Aaron's 1st Holiday/Halloween and Emily 1st time going out to house to house. Last year(2009) she was sick, year before (2008) she got home from the hospital, (2007) she had a Trach and (2006) she was just born and lived at the Hospital.
We started early -4pm- went to Grandparents house to Annies. Then to town to all the Aunts and Uncles. Getting in and out of the car 100 times is a lot. We finished it up with Subway supper in Courtland (Katie and Jesse's house). The troops were ready to go home since it was about 8:30pm.
The spooky crew

The Sparkly Tinkerbell

The Lady Bug (aka Asian Beetle)
The pumpkin (aka rotten pumpkin - cause he was crabby )

Tinkerbell lost all her pixie dust. Every year Brianna falls asleep.. but Emmy is ready for more

Aaron's new babysitter

Brianna wanted me to roll out her playdough but I was really busy with Aaron. She was whinning a lot. i turned around and said "unless you can change his diaper I can not help you at this moment." Brianna said with a straight face "okay". So she changed him all by herself. Go Nana!
Brianna took this picture. Not bad. Aaron has a tiger nose on.

Popcorn Ball making

A yearly tradition that Grandma Wendinger would do every year. Ever since she passed away almost 10 years ago my sisters, mom and I would continue the tradition on.
This year we made 242 popcorn balls. Every year it takes us 15 minutes to figure out what to do. Funny thing is we write down every year whom comes over, what the weather is like and what didn't work the year before.
Brianna, Emily and Aaron were wonderful kids today. I mentioned that Grandma Wendinger was babysitting. The Dragon slept from 8:15 to 12:15, Emily didn't have any eposides, and Brianna just out of our hair.
Best part we started the morning out with Grandma rolls. Growing up every Saturday Grandma would make 2 pans of rolls which then we would meet our family and Pauls family to eat them all up. I remember Paul calling the ride over here the Grandma bus. Dad would drive the bobcat over and we would sit in the bucket. (High class ride).
Reading through the book of previous years - Sheila and Mom

Brianna and myself

Annie was incharge of popping popcorn and boiling the sauce

Sheila was in charge of sifting popcorn and stirring popcorn mixture. Myself in charge of forming balls and mom wrapping them

Support staff. Emily and Aaron

Our harvest for the year 242 balls. Good yield this year
