Craving pumpkins

Preparing for Halloween
We craved pumpkins this afternoon.
Compared to last year - Brianna actually would stick her hands inside the pumpkin.
Emily was napping so she missed out.
maybe next year we can put a pumpkin on her wheelchair tray

Emmy's New Wheels!!

We finally got Emily her new wheelchair. It was on order since this spring. She was suppose to go to school this fall and that was the key reason for it but.... she sure seats in it nice! Kind of hard to use it if she can not go out of the house.

They said the cushion is made out of tempurpedic cushion (like the beds).

The picture with her wild her is funny! We had to leave at 6am to be at the Gillette Clinic in Burnsville at 8am. There they hand make the seat. It took 6 hours. Pretty amazing what they can do. Anyways since we got up to early Emily didn't get a bath so we did one over the sink at Gillette. The photo is after we took her piggys out! Miss America here we come. he he :P

* She fell asleep in her high chair and took a nap. I believe she wasn't feeling good that day!

Oktoberfest 2009

Dad played at Oktoberfest once again this year. We pulled out Brianna's dirndl (german dress) and danced the night away. She was so excited. Brianna has been scared of the Narren for years but one, the cow - because when she was a baby she has seen pictures of her and the cow. BUT New this year she moved up and danced with the pickle man. Brianna even got to sing on stage with grandpa "ring of fire" her favorite.

Our Visit to Como Zoo

Craig, Brianna and I went to the Como Zoo in St. Paul on Saturday. We really enjoyed it. Brianna liked the zoo but she loved the rides. Almost all the animals were sleeping. So we have tons of pictures of sleeping kitty's. The orangutans had a baby in their cage she/he was so cute. The sparky show which was a sea lion was a 15minute song and dance. Brianna loved sparky.

1st day of Pre-K

Brianna 1st day of Preschool. She was excited to go and be with her cousins.
Her teachers are Mrs. Hazuka and Mrs Wisensel.

Craig wanted her picture infront of "her" tree.
That tree was planted the day she was born. Craig wanted to watch them grow. ODD.

My siblings had a twins game outing. Pretty fun. I think I haven't been to a game in a long time.

Bases were loaded and we scored. But next inning Pitcher Nathan put out 2 home runs and we lost the game...It still was a fun games.
